Terms and Conditions

Processing time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 days. All of our products are 100% handmade and therefore take more time to produce. Due to the current circumstances in our country, there may be shipping delays that are out of our control. If there are any manufacturing delays past 7-10 days, the customer will be notified. 

Return Policy: 

Due to all orders being custom made with fresh and organic ingredients, there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. If your order is cancelled prior to it being fulfilled, you may be eligible for a store credit. 

Correct Information: 

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the inputed information to confirm that it is correct. If we do not receive the correct information, and the package does not arrive or if the product is altered due to added shipping time, we are not liable to replace the product. 

Not for Resale:

Elite Relief Products and Equine Relief Products are NOT FOR RESALE. These products shall not be offered for resale unless otherwise agreed to in writing and signed by the owner, Molly Wells. 

Damages During Shipping: 

Elite Relief Products is not liable for any products that are damaged during shipping. If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. 

Release of Liability:

Elite Relief Products and Equine Relief Products are sold "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. By purchasing these products, the customer releases Elite Relief Products, Equine Relief Products, and Molly Wells of any liability or responsibility for adverse affects, allergic reactions, damaged products, shipping circumstances that are out of our control, or any abnormal circumstance that may occur. By placing an order on this site, the customer has read the disclaimer on the home page and understands that it is his/her responsibility to read the ingredients, and consult with their primary medical professional for guidance and authorization prior to use of these products.
