All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 days. All of our products are 100% handmade and therefore take more time to produce. Due to the current circumstances in our country, there may be shipping delays that are out of our control. If there are any manufacturing delays past 7-10 days, the customer will be notified.
Due to all orders being custom made with fresh and organic ingredients, there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. If your order is cancelled prior to it being fulfilled, you may be eligible for a store credit.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the inputed information to confirm that it is correct. If we do not receive the correct information, and the package does not arrive or if the product is altered due to added shipping time, we are not liable to replace the product.

Damages During Shipping:
Elite Relief Products is not liable for any products that are damaged during shipping. If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
